【摘要】:InthisproposedrevisionofStandard128-2001,MethodofRatingUnitarySpotAirConditioners,thetitlehasbeenchangedtoreflectthemorecommondescriptionoftheseproducts,'portableairconditioners.'Thescopehasalsobeenrevisedtoapplyonlytounitswithacoolingcapacityof19,000watts(65,000Btu/h)andgreater.SmallerunitsarenowcoveredbyAHAMStandardPAC-1andbytheCanadianStandardsAssociationinitsStandardC370.Finally,thisneweditionofStandard128adoptstheratingmethodologyofC370(whichtheAHAMstandardalsouses)sothatallportableairconditionerscanberatedinthesameway.
