【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricstationarycirculationpumpsintendedforuseinheatingsystemsorinservicewatersystems,havingaratedpowerinputnotexceeding300W,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Thehydraulicandelectricalpartsofthepumpmaybeinthesameenclosure,sothatthewaterflowsthroughthemotorandservesasacoolant,ortheymaybeseparated.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-pumpsforcirculatingliquidsotherthanwater;-pumps,otherthancirculationpumps(IEC60335-2-41);-circulationpumpsintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-circulationpumpsintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapour,orgas).

【摘要】:1.1Thispracticedescribesthetechniquesforplanning,conducting,analyzing,andtreatingtheresultsofaninterlaboratorystudy(ILS)ofatestmethod.Thestatisticaltechniquesdescribedinthispracticeprovideadequateinformationforformulatingtheprecisionstatementofatestmethod.1.1.1AcomputersoftwarepackageforperformingthecalculationsandproducingthetablesandgraphsassociatedwithPracticeE691.ThissoftwarecanberunonPCcompatiblecomputers,andhardcopytablesandgraphscanbeprintedondot-matrixprinters.1.2Thispracticedoesnotconcernitselfwiththedevelopmentoftestmethodsbutratherwithgatheringtheinformationneededforatestmethodprecisionstatementafterthedevelopmentstagehasbeensuccessfullycompleted.Thedataobtainedintheinterlaboratorystudymayindicate,however,thatfurthereffortisneededtoimprovethetestmethod.1.3Sincetheprimarypurposeofthispracticeisthedevelopmentoftheinformationneededforaprecisionstatement,theexperimentaldesigninthispracticemaynotbeoptimumforevaluatingmaterials,apparatus,orindividuallaboratories.1.4FieldofApplication8212;Thispracticeisconcernedexclusivelywithtestmethodswhichyieldasinglenumericalfigureasthetestresult,althoughthesinglefiguremaybetheoutcomeofacalculationfromasetofmeasurements.1.4.1Thispracticedoesnotcovermethodsinwhichthemeasurementisacategorization,suchasago-no-goallocation(twocategories)orasortingschemeintotwoormorecategories.Forpracticalpurposes,thediscontinuousnatureofmeasurementsofthesetypesmaybeignoredwhenatestresultisdefinedasanaverageofseveralindividualmeasurements.Then,thispracticemaybeapplicable,butcautionisrequiredandastatisticianshouldbeconsulted.1.5Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
