【摘要】:Thetransmittanceofanattenuatingmediumcancauseerrorsforaninfraredthermographerusinganinfraredimagingradiometertomeasurethetemperatureofaspecimenthroughthemedium.Threetestmethodsaregivenformeasuringandcompensatingforthiserrorsource.Atestmethodisgivenformeasuringthetransmittanceofanattenuatingmedium.Atestmethodisgivenforcompensatingforerrorswhenmeasuringthetemperatureofaspecimenhavingaknownemissivitythroughanattenuatingmediumwithaknowntransmittance.Atestmethodisgivenformeasuringandcompensatingfortransmittanceandemissivityerrorswhenthespecimentemperatureisknown.Thesetestmethodscanbeusedinthefieldorlaboratoryusingcommonlyavailablematerials.Thesetestmethodscanbeusedwithanyinfraredradiometersthathavetherequiredcomputercapabilities.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresformeasuringandcompensatingfortransmittancewhenusinganinfraredimagingradiometertomeasurethetemperatureofaspecimenthroughanattenuatingmedium,suchasawindow,filteroratmosphere.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thesetestmethodsmayinvolveuseofequipmentandmaterialsinthepresenceofheatedorelectrically-energizedequipment,orboth.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
