【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresfordeterminingtheabilityofphotovoltaicmodulestowithstandthemechanicalloads,stressesanddeflectionsusedtosimulate,onanacceleratedbasis,highwindconditions,heavysnowandiceaccumulation,andnon-planarinstallationeffects.1.1.1Astaticloadtestto2400Pa(50lbfft2)isusedtosimulatewindloadsonbothmodulesurfaces1.1.2Astaticloadtestto5400Pa(113lbfft2)isusedtosimulateheavysnowandiceaccumulationonthemodulefrontsurface.1.1.3Atwisttestisusedtosimulatethenon-planarmountingofaphotovoltaicmodulebysubjectingittoatwistangleof(1/4in.perft).1.1.4Acyclicloadtestof10000cyclesdurationandpeakloadingto1440Pa(30lbfft2)isusedtosimulatedynamicwindorflex-typeloadingwhichmightoccurathighwayspeedsforphotovoltaicmodulesmounted,forexample,onatruck,recreationalvehicle,ortrailer.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thesetestmethodsdefinephotovoltaictestspecimensandmountingmethods,andspecifyparametersthatmustberecordedandreported.1.4Anyindividualmechanicaltestmaybeperformedsingly,ormaybecombinedintoatestsequencewithothermechanicalornonmechanicaltests,orboth.Certainpreconditioningtestmethodssuchasannealingorlightsoakingmayalsobenecessaryordesirableasapartofsuchasequence.However,thedeterminationofsuchtestsequencingandpreconditioningisbeyondthescopeofthesetestmethods.1.5Thesetestmethodsdonotestablishpassorfaillevels.Thedeterminationofacceptableorunacceptableresultsisbeyondthescopeofthesetestmethods.1.6Thesetestmethodsdonotapplytoconcentratormodules.1.7ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.1.8Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothehazardsportion,Section6,andthewarningstatements,7.5.3.2and7.6.3.2,ofthesetestmethods.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
