【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheresourceconstructstomanagethestructureandconfigurationofaproductduringitslifecycle.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO10303:—therelationshipsamongthecomponentsandassembliesofproducts;—therelationshipsamongproductsandtheircomponentsasmadebymodificationofotherproducts;EXAMPLE1Themachiningofaproductfromanotherproductisanexampleofamodification.—thedescriptionofaproductasdefinedbycustomerneeds;—thedependenciesamongspecificationsofaproductinordertorepresentpossibleproductvariationstopresenttoacustomer;—themanagementofthestructureforconfigurationofassembliesandcomponentsasplannedformanufacture;—thedecompositionofaproducttosupportdifferentproductlifecycleactivities;EXAMPLE2Anorganizationmaintainsonebill-of-materialstructureforaproductthatenumeratesthequantityofeachcomponentusedineachassembly,andasecondbill-of-materialthatdecomposesaproductwithmultipleassembliesintotheindividualcomponents.SeeannexEformoreexamplesofdifferentproductstructurereportsthataresupported.—multipleversionsofasingleproductthatareequivalentwithrespecttoform,fit,andfunction.ThefollowingareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10303:—therelationshipsamongdifferentproductdefinitionsforthesameproduct;NOTE1Therelationshipsamongdifferentproductdefinitionsforthesameproductaresupportedbytheproduct_definition_schemaofISO10303-41.EXAMPLE3Therelationshipofaproductdefinitionforacomponentinapreliminarydesigntoacorrespondingproductdefinitionforthesamecomponentinadetaileddesignisanexampleofthistypeofrelationship.—administrativeactivitiesoftheproductlifecycleincludingapprovals,securityclassifications,contractualarrangements,andsupplierorganizations;—thechangeprocessforaproduct,includingthereasonforchangeandwhataspectofaproducthaschanged;—thedecisionsmade,andtheirreasons,duringtheproductlifecycle;—thephysicalconnectionsamongcomponentsofaproduct;—thepropertiesthataproductconstituentmayhave;NOTE2Amechanismisdefinedintheproduct_property_definition_schemainISO10303-41tosupporttheassociationofpropertieswithcomponents.TheactualassociationsareincludedinvariousapplicationprotocolsthatarepartsofthisInternationalStandard.Forexample,thedetailsofwhatamaterialpropertyisandhowitisdefinedareoutofscope,aswellasthefactthatacomponenthasamaterialproperty.—multipleversionsofasingleproductthatarenotform,fit,andfunctionequivalent.NOTE3Theconceptofversionsofaproductisdefinedintheproduct_definition_schemainISO10303-41.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoradiationmetersandmonitorsdesignedforthedirectmeasurementorthedirectdetectionofsurfacecontaminationbyalphaand/orbetaradiationemittingnuclidesandwhichcompriseatleast:-adetectionassembly(comprisingtextdeletedcountertube,scintillationdetectororsemiconductordetector,etc),whichmaybeconnectedeitherrigidlyorbymeansofaflexiblecableorincorporatedintoasingleassembly.-ameasurementassembly.Somemetersandmonitorsconsistofdetectionassembliesandmeasurementassemblieswhereitispossibletoseparatethedetectorassemblyandusealternativedetectionassemblies.Conformitywiththestandardcaneitherbeachievedby:Allcombinationsofthedetectionassemblyandthemeasurementassemblyconformingtotherequirementsofthisstandard.orThedetectionassemblyandthemeasurementassemblyseparatelyconformingtotherelevantpartsofthisstandardinisolation.NOTETheuseofthelattercriteriaverifiesconformancewiththisstandardbutdoesnotinferthatcalibrationofaparticularcombinationofinstrumentsisinterchangeablewithanyothercombination.Theuseofthelattercriteriacouldallowapurchasertousecombinationsofassembliesfromdifferentmanufacturerswithconfidence.Thestandardisapplicableto:-alphasurfacecontaminationmeters;-alphasurfacecontaminationmonitors;-betasurfacecontaminationmeters;-betasurfacecontaminationmonitors;-alpha/betasurfacecontaminationmeters;-alpha/betasurfacecontaminationmonitors.Thelattertwoareequipmentcapableofdeterminingalphaandbetacontaminationsimultaneouslyanddisplayingthemeasurementofeither:-Alpha(beta,alpha/beta)surfacecontaminationmeterAnassemblyincludingoneormoreradiationdetectorsandassociatedassembliesorbasicfunctionunits,designedtomeasurealpha(beta,alpha/beta)surfaceemissionrateassociatedwiththecontaminationofthesurfaceunderexamination.-Alpha(beta,alpha/beta)surfacecontaminationmonitor.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletospecialpurposeassembliesandtoassembliesspecificallydesignedforasurfaceofaparticularnature.However,someoftherequirementsmayneedtobeamendedorsupplementedaccordingtotheparticularrequirementsapplicabletosuchassemblies.Ifanassemblyhasbeendesignedtocarryoutcombinedfunctions,itmustcomplywiththerequirementspertainingtothesedifferentfunctions.If,ontheotherhand,ithasbeendesignedtoperformonefunction,and,inaddition,itisalsocapableofcarryingoutotherfunctions,thenitmustcomplywiththerequirementsforthefirstfunction,anditwouldbedesirableforittocomplywithrequirementspertainingtotheothers.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletoradiationmonitorsormetersdesignedtomeasureordetectbetaparticleswithEmax<60keV.Theobjectofthisstandardistolaydownstandardrequirementsandtogiveexamplesofacceptablemethods,andalsotospecifygeneralcharacteristics,generaltestconditions,radiationcharacteristics,electricalsafety,environmentalcharacteristics,andtherequirementsoftheidentificationcertificateforalpha,betaandalpha-betacontaminationmetersandmonitors.
