【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesexperimentalmethodsforcheckingthebiasofsamplingofironores,whensamplingiscarriedoutinaccordancewiththemethodsspecifiedinISO3082,havingasreferenceastopped-beltsamplingmethod.Itisrecommendedthataninspectionofthemechanicalsamplingsystembecarriedoutbeforeconductingbiastesting.SamplingsystemsnotcompletelyinaccordancewithISO3082arenotalwaysexpectedtobebiased.Therefore,biascheckingmaybedonewhenthereissomedisagreementabouttheimportanceofsomedeparturefromtheconditionsofISO3082.Ifonepartyarguesthatthebiasislikelytobesubstantialundersomeparticularsetofconditionsthenbiastestingshouldmostlybedonewhenthoseconditionsapply.NOTEThemethodforanalysisofexperimentaldatadescribedheremayalsobeapplied:a)forcheckingthebiasofsamplepreparationofironores,havingasreferencethemethodsforsamplingpreparationaccordingtoISO3082;b)forcheckingthebiasofsizedistributionofironoresbysieving,havingasreferencethehandsievingmethodsaccordingtoISO4701;c)forcheckingapossiblysignificantdifferenceintheresultsobtainedfromthesamplesofonelotcollectedatdifferentplaces,forexample,aloadingpointandunloadingpoint.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheultimateanaerobicbiodegradabilityofplasticsbyanaerobicmicroorganisms.TheconditionsdescribedinthisInternationalStandarddonotnecessarilycorrespondtotheoptimumconditionsforthemaximumdegreeofbiodegradationtooccur.Thetestcallsforexposureofthetestmaterialtosludgeforaperiodofupto60days,whichislongerthanthenormalsludgeretentiontime(25to30days)inanaerobicdigesters,thoughdigestersatindustrialsitescanhavemuchlongerretentiontimes.Themethodappliestothefollowingmaterials:—Naturaland/orsyntheticpolymers,copolymersormixturesthereof;—Plasticmaterialswhichcontainadditivessuchasplasticizers,colorantsorothercompounds;—Water-solublepolymers;—Materialswhich,underthetestconditions,donotinhibitthemicroorganismspresentintheinoculum.Inhibitoryeffectscanbedeterminedusinganinhibitioncontrolorbyanotherappropriatemethod(seee.g.ISO13641).Ifthetestmaterialisinhibitorytotheinoculum,alowertestconcentration,anotherinoculumorapre-exposedinoculumcanbeused.
