【摘要】:Theseguidelinesareintendedtoenablealaboratorymonitortoperformonsiteassessmentsoflaboratoryfacilities.AcceptedfacilitieswillthenparticipateinaninterlaboratorytestprotocoltoestablishprecisionandbiasforaparticularASTMstandard.Thisassessmentisintendedtodeterminethatalloftheparticipantshavethenecessaryequipment,anunderstandingofthetestmethod,andtheminimumlevelofskillnecessarytogatherdatawhicharetobeusedtoestablishprecisionandbiasfortheparticularstandard.Thisguideisnotintendedtobeusedasatooltoqualifyoraccreditlaboratoriestoperformanytests.RefertotheReferencedDocumentsforfurtherguidanceonaccreditationrequirements.1.1Thisguideprovidesageneraloutline,forusebyalaboratorymonitor,toassessthequalificationsofalaboratorywhichhasrequestedtoparticipateinaspecificASTMinterlaboratorytest.1.2Thepreliminaryassessmentisbasedonobservationsmadebeforeinitiationofanyinterlaboratorytests.1.3Thesubcommittee,whichappointsthelaboratorymonitor,specifiestheminimumrequirementswhichanorganizationshouldmeettoqualifyasaparticipantfortheinterlaboratorytest.Ifapretestistobeincluded,seedetailsinSection13.1.4Thisfirestandardcannotbeusedtoprovidequantitativemeasures.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
